Cultural Arts Studio
The Cultural Arts Studio is located at 301 East Walnut Street in downtown Troy, directly accross the street from the Johnson Center for the Arts.
The Cultural Arts Studio is a versatile arm of the Cultural Arts Complex. It is a venue used for the presentation of visual arts exhibitions, concerts and vocal presentations, theatre, receptions, educational workshops and art classes by and for groups of all ages. Private rentals have included wedding receptions, birthday parties, prom events and catered luncheons.
A renovated warehouse, the Studio features contemporary track lighting and is temperature controlled for year round use. Acoustics in the facility are outstanding. The facility lends itself to a variety of décor, and has been dressed up for formal events and “dressed-down” for Bluegrass concerts.

October 14, 2008, Troy University Faculty Showcase Recital featuring world premiere works for clarinet soloist Dr. Tim Phillips and the TROY Woodwind Trio, Dr. James Zingara, John M. Long School of Music.
November 4, 2008, Troy University Student Solo Showcase featuring voice, woodwind, brass and percussion students in recital, Dr. James Zingara, John M. Long School of Music.
December 6, 2008, “3rd Annual Troy Brass Holiday Concert” A concert by the students of Troy University and guest faculity members, led by Dr. James Zingara, John M. Long School of Music.
