plans or life income arrangements.
These gifts provide
a lasting legacy for the Center and the community. All gifts, regardless of size, ensure that future generations
will continue to enjoy great art and enriching programs.

We invite you to consider the following opportunities
and join others by remembering the Troy-Pike Cultural
Arts Center as you plan for the future:
• Bequests - provide for the Center in your will
• Life income plans - name the Center as a beneficiary
of a charitable remainder trust or charitable lead trust
• Life insurance - designate the Center as a beneficiary
of your life insurance policy
• IRA/retirement plans - select the Center as a beneficiary
of your IRA or retirement plan
• Real estate and tangible personal property such as
artwork - donations of real estate and tangible personal
property (subject to the Center’s acceptance) may offer
